"Our stay at the Hilltop House was, for lack of a better word, magical. The layout was perfect for entertaining but also private enough if you wanted to slip away on your own for for awhile. The decor was also perfect - it felt very special but also comfortable which is a hard combination to get right but they did! We spent every night at sunset with a cold Pilsen looking out at one of the most spectacular views imaginable. Lucia, the concierge, could not have been more helpful and the caretaker and his family were there at a moment's notice if you needed them but made themselves scarce enough so you never felt like they were there. We will be back again for sure and will wholeheartedly recommend the house to others."

"A group of 4 of us had the good fortune of finding this villa in Malpais. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined, and photos don't do it justice. The house itself is incredibly spacious, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hammocks, outdoor seating and beautiful infinity pool overlook the most breathtaking scenery imaginable. This is a must-stay for any family with kids, a group of friends looking for a fun reunion house, or 3 couples on a romantic getaway. It's a quick drive into town and to the beach, and the perfect hideaway to sip cocktails and enjoy the stunning sunsets after a long day in the surf."
